How do I place an order?
Go to Order Now, choose your service, level, deadline and length, add instructions and files, and enter your name, email and phone. You’ll receive an order number and invoice instantly.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order as a guest and track your order with your email and order number. Creating a password lets you see all your orders in one dashboard.
Can I upload my rubric and readings?
Yes — upload files when you order or later from your order page (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images and ZIP, up to 20 MB each).
What’s the shortest deadline?
As little as 2 hours for short writing orders. Theses and dissertations require at least 3 days. Tutoring can often be scheduled the same day.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (via Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.
How does 50/50 payment work?
Choose “Pay 50/50” at checkout. Pay half to start. When your work is ready, pay the balance from your order page to unlock your completed files.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is generated the moment you order and updates automatically as you pay. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
What is your refund policy?
See our Refund Policy. If we can’t deliver what you ordered, you’re entitled to a refund.
Privacy & Support
Who can see my personal information?
Only our administrators can see your email address and phone number. Writers, editors and tutors see only your name and order details.
How does live chat work?
Click “Chat with us”, enter your name, email and phone, and start typing. Your chat is linked to your email, so the person working on your order can see what you discussed.
