Information we collect

Name, email address, phone number, order details, uploaded files and chat messages. Payments are processed by PayPal, Stripe or NOWPayments — we never see or store full card numbers.

Who can see it

Only ExamShark administrators can see your email address and phone number. Writers, editors, tutors and support staff see your name and the order details they need to do their work.

How we use it

To complete your orders, send receipts and updates, answer your messages and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@exam-shark.com. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA using the same address.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and secure forms. Your browser may store a chat token so your conversation stays open.
